If you feel like you can’t paint that is a great start!

At my first workshop 

I held a big old paintbrush and make a large sweep across my very white paper with magenta paint. Thinking is not required but I do… Do I have enough talent to paint? I feel a surge of energy as my brush sweeps across my paper. The color speaks to me. The motion soothes me. I dip my brush into the paint once again and allow it to fly across my paper with another charge of color. I feel so good and a smile come across my face!

In the INTUITIVE PAINTING  session we begin with a meditation to assist in clearing the mind. We set out to explore the mysteries that are buried inside. There is not a right or wrong way, no judgment and no criticism. When you let your intuition takes over, true creativity is allowed to bloom.

Anyone and everyone can paint. If you can hold a paint brush you can paint!  When you have no idea what you are doing… it is wonderful….That means you have let go of the mind… you are in the present moment touching the space in you that allows creativity to move through you.

Let chaos in and see what appears in your painting. You become open to a spiritual experience.

Take a day just for you. Listen to your inner, beautiful self… your heart . As feelings flow you get to heal and expand your perceptions.
